Stand alone machine – The most popular construction. Machine is a dedicated unit that can be moved anywhere with small space requirement. It’s flexible choice and almost no installation required. 3~6 axis available by different products spraying needs. If no special requirement, our standard machine option is highly recommended for quick and low cost choice.
Trace on conveyor – Advanced setup together with conveyorised painting line system. Machine is installed above conveyor in paint booth with electric sensor to detect & spray automatically. By this setup, we have to get the conveyor system drawing to integrate machine together. We can configure 1~6 axis solutions upon requirements.
How to select the machine?
In order to choose the perfect machine to support your coating line system, we have to learn about your product properties and painting requirements. If it’s simple flat product with small height, single and two axis painting machine would be working. Simple axis machine has to be installed inside paint booth for less space and less cost purpose. 3 axis and above machines can be constructed as stand alone unit.
