Automatic Transfer System
Transfer system includes two parts – robot and delivering system. Robot is handling the pick and put from painting station, delivering system transfer out products to next treatment stage.
Transfer Machine
Transfer machine setup can be vary depends the production conditions. We can re-design our multi axis painting machine to replace the spray gun by a special design fixture for transferring purpose. The fixture can be a fork or cylinder based pusher or any custom design by specific needs. We can also use a 6 axis robot arm to load this fixture. Whether to use a robot or custom design multi axis machine will depend painting system installation. If it’s horizontal transfer, especially when it’s pass through conveyor system, multi axis machine is suggested for it’s high efficiency and easy configuration. Robot is a must when there’s big distance from paint station to the next station and there’s good space for arrangement.
Delivery System
There’re two conditions of this delivery system. One case is the delivery device is together with oven tunnel. So after paint spraying, transfer machine will hand over the painted object directly on this drying tunnel for curing. Tunnel is powered by automatic covneyor system and entrance section is configured the same space of paint booth for automatic transfer.
Another case is there’re multi layers coating required on object, so the transfer system is between the multiple painting stations. It’s a more intelligent conveyor which will stop and turn over through each treatment station. Each step is pre-setup by program for central control and each operation can be setup in various ways to meet with different painting work specifications.
