Each stage is seamlessly connected by robotic units for continuous working. One minute capacity under mass production mode can reach 70-120 pieces, mask specifications: 175*(80-100) mm three layers of non-woven planar filter type guaze mask. This automatic design greatly improved production efficiency and reduced labor costs. And in addition, it will reduce the risks of pollution in production process.

Q: What’s the lead time of this mask making machine?
A: This mask making machine is our newly developped model, roughly production time in factory 12-20 days upon payment confirmation.
Q: Does it work with any type mask or any size?
A: No, it’s currently only configured to work with one type(disposable face mask) and one size. If you need to produce other masks, you have to use a new machine.
Q: Is there any documentation of installation and maintenance?
A: Yes there is. We will provide all necessary documentation and even onsite installation service. Details to be discussed upon machine order.
Q: What kind electricity supply do I need?
A: Machine works with 220-380V 50-60Hz electric voltage. If you have other type voltages, a small transformer will be required.
Q: Is there any warranty?
A: We provide 12 months warranty since the date of production in customer factory.
Q: What is the needed material for mask production?
A: You will need non woven fabric, melt blown fabric, earloop wire and nose wire.
