Robotic Paint Ltd is operated by a group of smart guys in automatic spray painting machinery industry. We manage machine design, production and life time maintenance service completely by our own. We also provide free customer training service to ensure the best performance for client production.
We design and produce spray painting machine for various industries including ceramic, plastic, electronic and hardware. Till present, our biggest painting machine size reached 5000*3000*2500mm with 8 trays. While most our painting machines are standard production, it can be fully customized by customer requirements such as the tray size, moving guides, servo packs and spray gun system etc.
Our spray painting machines are available for both online and offline solutions. An online machine is installed together with paint booth on painting line. Products are painted on moving conveyor with continous detective spraying. An offline machine is a dedicated unit as showed from left picture, it includes base platform and rotation unit to work independantly.
For either online or offline painting machine, we can configure 1~6 axis to meet with different spray painting requirements. We choose material providers seriously to make sure each machine have the best quality and longest life cycle with low maintenance frequency. Our spray painting machines are serving more than 200 factories in each corner of the world from different industries.

Based our years development experience, we have built up advanced co-operation with world leading robot suppliers such as Yaskawa, Kawasaki, Fanuc and Nachi etc. Our robot system are made from these top brand technologies for high end solutions. Some crucial components like servo motors, speed reducer and control system are all direct supply from factories. Robot physical structures are produced by our own design moulds according to specific application needs.
Our spray painting robot arm reach varies from 1500~2150mm for different sparying requirements. Till present, our robots are fully compatible with a lot of products painting production such as furniture, car parts, automotive bumper, mirror caps, door handles and lamps etc. We can make robot installation many ways to fulfill production needs.
Our robotic spray painting line is fully integrated with our robotic machine. Because we program the machine completely by our own, we know how to archieve the best performance for cost saving and improved quality.
Our robotic spray painting line includes 1~6 axis spray machine, a paint booth, dryer oven, one set conveyor system plus a general control box. Produce is handled full automatic through conveyor system, operator only need to load/unload from both ends.
We currently provides coating line solution to automotive, perfume, furniture, homeware and more industries. Not only for new line projects, we offer modification and consulting service too to help each client reach the best proposal.
