6 Axis painting robot with robotic ltd is a flexible mechanical structure for complex product spraying treatment. Robot can be programmed to work with any type spray gun for specific painting requirements such as bell cup, air spray gun and powder coating gun etc.
Furthermore, our robot can be programmed for other applications such as welding or material handling while we have purposely optimized for spray painting which is our very first development. We’re partnered with multiple world class robot providers such as Yaskawa, Kawasaki & Fanuc.
In the modern painting industry, we also provide our customer option “programming free” which will help operator to simplify the technical programming work. Operator just need a few press and move the spray gun according to needed spray motion then painting program will be automatically created for quick use.
Painting Robot Assembly Flow
Our painting robot is made by precise alloy aluminum casting, driven by world class servo packs and speed reducer with our smart controller. With regarding to paint spraying, we provide full solution for paint control, pump and optimized programming.
Robot arm is light weight but with extremely strong load capacity and can be installed in many ways to meet up with various painting requirements.

Robot body precise casting
All our robots are prepared for 2D and 3D mechanical design according to specific application and components properties over each parts. Precise moulds are designed for every unit for casting. Furthermore, the alloy aluminum we choose for casting are all from original aluingot for robot production purpose instead any other material source. Final parts coming out mould with not more than 0.1mm fault tolorance for final assembly.
Each casting components will be properly sanded with smooth surface and no burr. After that, our machanical engineers will do basic assembly verification to ensure every parts are properly loaded.
After test stage,we send all components to surface finishing center for oxidation and powder coating treatment. By this way, the robot body will get maximum intensity and expected color.

Robot motion controller is touch screen based with keyboard for accurate control of robot operation. Our robot profession have deeply optimized and simplified inside programming to make it easy and friendly use. Operator can teach the robot quickly and professionally.
ATEX safe standard control box
Electric control box is constructed by 2mm sheet metal with powder coating treatment. Soft cable protection and clear lables are in place for correct handling. Big size power switch and emergency stop button are configured directly on box front door.
Two screw type hang joint on top side for easy transfer.
Programming Free Option
Programming free is a popular term for painting robot development. Regardless the name, the actual spray program is made behind through a computer system which is developped purposely to record robot movement and spray gun atomizing. Operator just drag the handler to move spray gun on robot arm to spray manually by needed motion, the computer behind will record all the movement and spray work to form a technical file and save it to robot controller.
Its helpful when we work with some big and complex design products like a chair or frame which requires long time programming and probably a lot of rectification during this process. But with this programming free module we can move the robot directly by hand without any technical work to do. In this way operator can easily and quickly get started without a special training course. That also means it can be widely deployed and easily maintained.

Airless/Air atomizing spray gun – Regular choice for most industries for cost effective solution. Can be configured with extra components such as paint flow controller. We will suggest the most suitable spray gun according to pecific painting work and industry. Our robot can work well with all reputable spray gun products such as Wagner, Iwata, Graco etc.
Electrostatic bell – Widely used for automotive industry. Rotary bell provides extremely high grade paint atomizing for smooth painting application. It’s also perfect choice for accurate paint thickness control.
