Automatic trace spray painting machine is a special setup that makes robot moving horizontally and vertically together. Sometimes when product is quite high and loaded on conveyor system, traditional spraying method is hard to archieve a desired quality or we have to use expensive robot system. Our automatic trace spraying machine provides a relatively simple design but very flexible application for lower costs. It’s similar with our 3 axis painting machine but with vertical design.

How to Use
This automatic trace spraying machine is installed together with painting line conveyor system. It’s normally installed infront of paint booth, spray gun automatically trace and spraying when object pass through the station. So machine speed must be programmed approriately with it. There’s a sensor installed for object detection, machine will start working once detected. Painting machine each axis will motion by preset program and complete spraying job. This process will repeat until no objects detected on conveyor. Operation is completely centralized on touch screen control panel. We have extremely simplified the programming and make it friendly even for novice.
What kind motion this machine can be programmed? There’re total of 3 basic moving guides of this machine: left/right, up/down, front/back, spray gun can be rotated within 0~180° degrees. Because of this availability, we can program the spray gun to move flexibly to paint on 3D objects like a real hand.

Q: What kind options available for this painting machine?
A: It’s mainly constructed by basic 3 guides for automatic trace purpose. But for some cases we need to move very long distance at heavy load, so we can configure two guides on horizontal axis for maximum stability.
Q: What’s the difference with 5 axis machine?
A: Five axis painting machine is a standard unit which can be functional separately. When operation, product is loaded on rotary support tray, we take out the put in new once painted. This automatic trace spray machine needs to work with paiting line conveyor system but can not work independantely.
Q: What kind of objects can be painted?
A: Technically speaking, any kind object can be painted by programming. It’s just a matter of efficiency when spray on different products.
Q: Do I need special training in order to use this machine?
A: Not really, you just need to follow our guidance in manual operation then you can operate the machine easily. Before delivery, we have fully tested machine and sample program is stored in machine for quick understanding.
Q: What else do I need to know?
A: For guaranteed quality control, you properbaly need to make a small clean room to install this machine. Because if the workshop environment is bad, it’s not good for quality control.
Q: What’s the required electricity of this machine?
A: 220V /50Hz single phase electricity is required to power on this machine.
