Robotic Helmet Painting Machine – It’s our patent development to deal with helmet like workpiece painting. With a small chain conveyor unit and robotic guide, it can be very flexible programmed for various helmets painting requirement. This machine can be setup online or offline upon customer side coating arrangement.

• Offline option: independent spraying unit, Operator will load/unload the helmet manually from painting machine then transfer to oven. For technical consideration, it’s easy and flexible choice as machine can be started/stopped any time as per requirement. Spray gun will cover each area smoothly within design speed capacity. Users can easily operate the machine by controller pad, no special knowledge required.
• Online option: Helmet is running on chain conveyor and painting machine automaticlly trace on conveyor spraying in spray booth. Helmet will be coated when passing through booth stage. By this way, operators just make one time configuration and workers only handle helmet load/unload to get the final coated products. In order to trace on conveyor, painting machine will be configured with one extra axis. Once setup, mostly you will not make any change to it for continuous operation.

How long you need to produce the machine?

For most machines we have ready in warehouse for instant delivery. However, we must evaluate your requirement first to check the size, required techniques and installation requirement etc. To produce the machine from scratch, we need about two weeks in workshop.

Do I get some training for this machine?

You’re welcomed to  come to our company for training purpose if prefered. We can also program well in advance and send you operation manual of this machine so you can use it quickly. It’s easy to understand, you can master it within one hour.
