Automatic painting machine with precise flow rate control is advanced setup of our standard machines such as five axis painting machine. The purpose of this unit is to configure precise paint flow rate control for spray gun. By this way, paint thickness can be easily calculated and products can be painted more evenly. In order to archieve this function, we have implemented multiple crucial components such as Devilbiss flow valve and SMC ratio valve etc. Paint flow, atomizing and FAN can be automatically controlled on man machine interface. So basically, this machine simplified the process when you need accurate paint control, quality and efficiency are greatly improved and much less labor cost required!

A: All programming is handled through touch pad. It’s movable with a long cable. Operator be able to take it and observe spray gun closely for more accurate adjustament. We offer detailed manual upon machine delivery. You’re also welcomed to test in our factory before shipment.
Q: How do I hold different fixtures?
A: If you do have multiple different fixtures, you can send sample to us. Then we will design suitable holder for each. You can also make your custom holders after received machine.
Q: What kind controller does it provide?
A: Machine controller is powered by PLC programming, operator only need to handle all functions through touch screen pad. The interface is deeply optimized for easy understanding and quick operation.
Q: What else do I need to use this machine?
A: You will need a spray booth to work with this machine.
Q: What’s the required electricity of this machine?
A: 220V /50Hz single phase electricity is required to power on this machine.
