General uv sprayer process are followed by this: load – preheat – electrostatic cleaning -automatic spraying – IR drying – UV curing – cooling & unload
All process is automatic passed through wire belt conveyor. Except for basic spray painting, we can easily attach other treatment systems on this conveyor such as snow blast and flamming. To save workshop space, we can also use automatic transfer system to connect multiple systems together.

Spray booth
Automatic sprayer system is installed inside spray booth which is configured with downdraft water curtain and water cycling pump. Stainless steel tank is properly sealed with strong support structure to make sure it’s durable for long time operation and possible future transfer. Maintenance door and cleaning is attached at the back side for easy handling without technical hassle. Inside spray booth there’re explosion proof lamps so operator can easily observe it’s working conditions. During spraying work, exhaust fan is powered to have a smooth and stable air flow so there’s no waste air escaped to workshop, thus cleanness and operator health is greatly protected.
UV Curing Oven
UV curing is the last but most crucial stage. UV coating is different from any other coating as it can be only cured under UV light radiation. But before uv curing, we have to preheat in IR oven to make sure the surface even and smooth. Here’re the main components details
Wire belt conveyor – Motorized conveyor system via chain belt. Powerful motor speed is adjustable through inverter control, program is preset so we only need to input required speed directly. Durable support structure is all stainless steel production so it can be installed in any environment without any issue.
IR drying oven – Rock wool chamber constructed by multiple modular units for quick installation. Each modular unit is installed with multiple IR heaters with independent control.
UV oven – UV oven is a special device comparing to any other curing unit. Other than thermal based dryer which is functional by heat energy, uv curing is processed by uv light radiation under a low temperature condition. In order to be functional well, there’s forced cooling fan to take out extra heat inside oven and protect uv lamps. Each lamp is installed inside a mirror type reflection cover with it’s angles freely adjustable.
This spray system is constructed with a wire belt conveyor to have painting and curing quick done. Production efficiency can be easily controlled within design scope. To have more treatment stations we can use a transfer system to have each stage well connected.
