This container painting machine is 4-axis structure which is specially optimized to work with extra height on round design turntable. It greatly improves spraying efficiency and spraying quality.
Spray gun moving speed and gun reciprocating frequency can be easily defined on GUI screen to ensure coating uniform and reliable quality. Each spray gun can be separately controlled as per requirement.
We have environmental friendly spray booth design which is optional to this machine. Waste paint and air during the spraying process are effectively handled and filtered, greatly reducing the impact on the environment. Plus our high degree automation programming, it is easy to operate, saving labor costs and improving production efficiency.
How to operate this machine?
Machine inside piping and cabling is preconfiguration before shipment. Once received on client side, we only need to fix the machine at desired position and connect exhaust fan to workshop outside. If we choose water filtration paint booth, we need to fill in clean water and connect outlet water tube. When everything is ready to go, the first thing we need to do is to turn on the socket and make sure electricity supply is good and stable.
Before we turn on painting machine, we need to make water pump and exhaust fan running first so there’s no pollution during paint spraying. Once done, we can start conveyor system and make sure no abnomral noise when moving.
The last step is to start the spray painting machine on touch screen. Each sprayer can load up to 4 spray guns and we can choose to open the specific piece or full run. For single axis sprayer, we only need to set the start and end spraying position with reciprocal moving speed. If it’s multi axis sprayer, we have to adjust each axis motion according to product spraying requirements. Once setup, we can give the program a name then save it in memory. For the next time boot up, we can use it directly without waiting time.
