1.Ergonomic principles
To avoid tension and movement when using and maintaining the robot, design of each part should consider operator’s posture, physical strength and movement characteristics. For example: size of the teaching box, keyboard layout, and weight should prevent programmers from holding and mishandling during programming. When manually teaching the robot, traction force cannot be greater than manual pull by medium pressure.
2.Mechanical safety requirement
When designing the painting machine mechanical part, in addition to considering the conventional mechanical design such as mechanical structure and its parts to meet the various corresponding dimensions and shapes of machine, including motion functions, performance requirements, strength, stiffness, etc. We should also eliminate potential dangers caused by robotic moving units.
