It’s designed to be maximum compatible with various workpiece paint spraying requirements under different working conditions. It’s mainly optimized for plastic vacuum metalizing production. Operators don’t have to transfer piece by piece from vacuum coater fixture. Instead, we can put the full fxiture directly to painting machine for coating. By this way, production efficiency is greatly improved and much less labor cost is expected!

Multi functions spray painting machine applications:
This machine can be widely used for various productions paint spraying requirements, it’s specially optimized for plastic vacuum coating production. Basically it includes all functions from traditional five axis painting machine, plus extra functions for vacuum coater rod fixture spraying. When painting on rod fixture, we can set the rod with any degree rotation or continous rotation. So it’s extremely useful over some complex shaped workpiece spraying. When it’s rotating with rod, spray gun will fully paint on each workpiece at same quality. Once painted, operator only need to transfer fixture but not to touch workpiece directly.

Q: What’s the difference with standard 5 axis painting machine?
A: For this multi functions spray painting machine, we have configured with additional structure to work with rod fixture. Programming is also different than standard machine. Either hardware or software is re-design. It’s much more powerful to meet with your different painting requirements.
Q: How do I programming to paint different workpiece?
A: All programming is handled through touch pad. It’s movable with a long cable. Operator be able to take it and observe spray gun closely for more accurate adjustament. We offer detailed manual upon machine delivery. You’re also welcomed to test in our factory before shipment.
Q: How do I hold different fixtures?
A: If you do have multiple different fixtures, you can send sample to us. Then we will design suitable holder for each. You can also make your custom holders after received machine.
Q: What kind controller does it provide?
A: Machine controller is powered by PLC programming, operator only need to handle all functions through touch screen pad. The interface is deeply optimized for easy understanding and quick operation.
Q: What else do I need to use this machine?
A: You will need a spray booth to work with this machine.
Q: What’s the required electricity of this machine?
A: 220V /50Hz single phase electricity is required to power on this machine.
