Most of the time we only need a single spray nozzle and one paint pump as traditional choice. However sometimes we have limited space but need to reach maximum efficiency. Under such limitation, single spraying machine is definitely can not meet our requirements. In order to handle this production needs, we have developed a multi axis spraying system that includes multiple spraying units to work concurrently. Each spraying units can be separately programmed to deal with various painting requirements.

We can also call it multi layer painting machine. It’s actually configured by 4 independant spraying units on single support platform. There’re two layers installation, up layer and second layer are configured with two robotic spray machines. Machine can be configured together with spray booth system or dedicated moveable unit for future transfer. When spraying, two units are concurrently moving above product. Because product each side is painted almost the same time, so support tray no need to rotate over and over again. By this way, working efficiency is greatly improved.
So what kind product is suitable for this machine? This machine works the best for frame like products such as TV frame, door and window frame etc. Because the general size is big, if we spray by single head it will take long time. But 3 times faster with this machine while keeping the same quality.
Beside faster speed, what’re other advantages of this machine? Since there’re four spraying units with independant guns, we can configure different pumps for each spray gun. So when there’s need of wet on wet painting for multi layers coating requirement, we can handle all at one stage. Plus, we can also paint with different colors if required.
Is there anything we should be awared in using this machine?
Yes, because it’s concurrent operation, we need to program carefully to avoid collission for each other. So when operate this machine, you need to read our instruction manual carefully and well trained before starting.
