PLC programming control over spray gun is modern choice of painting system configuration. With a central control panel by logical touch screen programming we can easily regulate spray guns by preset functions such as on/off, color changing and cleaning etc. All parameters can be saved in memory for quick application.
The work principle: PLC program over action switch, fluid atomization, color switch and liquid level alert etc with digital display. HMI screen central operation over all programmable functions.

How do I use this control program?
This program is available in two ways: it’s a default option for our painting machine, it also can be dedicated device by customer specific requirement programming. It will be a control box with inside programming with all necessary wiring and piping to air and spray guns. The programming options include all above listed functions based the type and total amount spray guns.
