Q: How do I make the programming for wooden door painting?
A: It’s pretty easy on touch screen, under teaching mode, just set the speed and moving track for spray gun then save it. We can also make programming on computer then send to PLC.

Q: How should I transfer painted door to dryer oven?
A: You need to transfer it manually by cart. If you would like to automate the process, we can build the painting machine and oven system together via conveyor.

Q: What’s the difference if I order a stand alone machine and a machine together with conveyor system?
A: Stand alone painting machine only handles automatic spray painting, workers need to manually transfer to dryer oven once done. For conveyorized setup, spraying and drying are connected by conveyor without manual transfer. But in this way, the bottom side can not be sprayed for one time painting.
