This painting machine is mainly designed for package container interior paint spraying, especially for cosmetic containers which is hard to operate by traditional solution. Long nozzle spray gun fast and accurate positioning ensures consistent high quality in batches. Painting machine work principle: up to 4pcs containers are loaded to fixture then automatically transfered to paint station, fixture rotates and spray gun nozzles move down into container then start painting. Spray gun quickly move up/down to have each piece properly painted. Once done, painted containers move out and another group moves in and repeat this process for continuous operation.
