Each machine can be produced for online/offline structure. The word “online” means machine is installed together with paint both on conveyor system without base unit. “Offline” reciprocator is a dedicated coating machine that can be moved anywhere with no change.
What information do you need in order to produce the machine?
First we need to know what kind of product you need to paint and the max size. We’ll then check how many axis required to complete the painting work. We also need to know your needed capacity so we can know if we should choose 4 trays or 2 trays support unit. This is crucial point to determine the final machine cost.
