Spray booth is a crucial part for any paint spraying system. But most tradition spray booth is simple filtration by water or paper filter then exhaust out directly. In some bad conditions, the exhaust piple is working like a chimely with colorful fumes which is dangerous to atmosphere. Thus a new type spray booth is required by the industry and ther’re various attempts from different companies. Here we introduce a tight size configuration which is very friendly to environment.
A good spray booth setup can provide clean work environment for guaranteed spraying job but also be able to keep wasted paint inside. This evironment friendly spray booth make full use of multiple popular waste treatment techniques and finally have them all in small size configuration. The final waste air treatment is over 90% efficiency. So if you have other clean treatment system, this booth will greatly reduce the treatment load for longer life cycle.

- water curtain fog catching system: made by stainless steel board, water curtain and zigzag tunnel
- water supply system: one set water pump, valve, water tank and pipes

Spray booth principle
When spray gun spraying on objects, over sprayed paint will be recognized waste. The wasted paint fog will pass through fixed tunnel by exhaust fan air flow then filtered by multiple stages. The final exahausted air already pretty clean and be able to meet with basic environment protection requirements. The main after treatment is the paint smell which can not be filtered directly. It has to be handled by special system like photocatalytic reactor and active carbon absorption.
Spray booth is configured with advanced paint fog catching system which is composed by water curtain board, cycling water tank, water supply and pressurised spraying system. Water curtain board is made by T1.2 stainless steel board with precise assembly. When water is flowing on this board, it’s pretty smooth with 2mm thick water curtain. Over 70% paint fog will fall into water tank after filtered by this curtain. Water pump is well configured for stable flow and ensures water curtain to remain the same state during operation.
Water tank is configured with solid waste area for easy cleaning. When water is too dirty for replacement, just open the valve and outlet directly by underside tube.
The crucial part of this eco friendly booth is its back side filtering system. It’s configured by multiple groups pressurised spraying units. Each group is configured by multiple spraying nozzles in drum like votex system. After this filtering, waste paint collection is over 90% which is unbeatable by any other paint booth setup.
