Spraying machine
Spraying machine is our standard five axis spraying machine. We also have other multi axis machine options if customer have specific painting requirements, five axis machine is workable for most cases. Support tray will rotate 4 times to make sure switch panel is properly painted on every side. No matter if it’s round or square panel or socket or button etc, it will be well painted. Machine can store 100 groups different spraying programs in memory. So if we need to make unique program for each product, we can save in advance then select to use when required.
Paint booth
An important unit to work with spraying machine. Spraying station must be fully positioned inside paint booth so waste air will not pollute work environment to ensure high quality operation. Drying Oven
Another crucial part for final treatment. Here’re various choice based the actual paint we use. For example if we use PU based paint which might take up to 2 hours in drying chamber, then we suggest box type oven construction for less energy consumption and less construction costs. If we use quick drying paint and UV varnishing, we will need an UV curing tunnel or we say “UV line”.
UV line is a special setup for uv paint curing. Before uv paint curing, there’s a few meters IR drying which is purposely setup for leveling (make the paint layer smooth and even on product surface). UV curing is instance, so if the paint is not even, the finished product can not pass QC inspection.

Q: What’s the available option of switch panel painting machine?
A: Basically there’re semi automatic and full automatic option available. Semi automatic divide spraying and drying process which spraying and drying on same conveyor system for full automatic option. Full automatic is normally supported on chain spindle conveyor, panels are treated automatic on different stations then we get finished products. Because full automatic line provides huge quantity at very fast speed in big space, it’s not operational for many factories. The high cost makes it workable for big company only.
Q: What’s the available option for semi automatic painting?
A: Semi automatic painting only divides the spraying and drying. So we have option to spray by hand or by machine. When we use machine option, hand is liberated and quality is guaranteed. Because machine can be continuous working by preset program. Hand operation is not so stable for quality control due to various points.
Q: How do I paint different switch panels?
A: Our five axis painting machine can store 100 programs in memory. When we need to use a new spraying program, just save it in memory then always usable there. Most of the time, a single program is workable for lots of different products.
Q: Do I need special training in order to use this machine?
A: Not really, you just need to follow our guidance in manual operation then you can operate the machine easily. Before delivery, we have fully tested machine and sample program is stored in machine for quick understanding.
Q: What else do I need to know?
A: For guaranteed quality control, you properbaly need to make a small clean room to install this machine. Because if the workshop environment is bad, it’s not good for quality control.
Q: What’s the required electricity of this machine?
A: 220V /50Hz single phase electricity is required to power on this machine.
