RPG 6 axis robotic sprayer is a high precision sprayer that includes — product station, positioner, turntable, spray gun controller, noiseless moving guide, stainless steel booth chamber and support structure, waste air exhaust fan and water cycling pump. Product is loaded on support tray then turn to spraying area for automatic painting. An infrared sensor will automatic recognize product property then trigger spray guns to spray from different angles. Spray gun can be continuous rotation to have product surface properly covered quickly and smoothly.
This robotic sprayer is widely compatible with numorous components painting requirements such as motorcycle, furniture, plastics, toys, glass, ceramics, etc. that require surface paint spraying.

This sprayer provides a patent control system for spraying. After loaded the workpiece to support tray, spray gun will auto complete the painting process as per spray requirements. Machine also can be programmed with a variety of spraying motion according to different products, spray gun can be triggered in various ways such as continuous rotation or specific angle rotation or even passle spraying.
During operation, both water pump and exhaust fan are functional to ensure cleanness, water and waste air during the coating process are properly filtered thus it will effectively reduce the pollution sources.
