Automatic Toy Painting Machine Properties

This toy painting machine(T-200) is light weight design, only 150KG in total with 100% stainless steel production. Very few requirements to space and it’s easy to move when there’s need. Four wheels and foot cup is very convenient to move and fix.

Machine rotary table can be configured with two fixtures. Two copper masks can be fixed for high speed production. Mask can be set to rotate with any angle or continuous rotating depends the specific toy painting requirements. When there’s need for different toys painting, we can easily change masks and set new programs easily on touch screen. Up to 100 programs can be stored in memory and one click to use.

For our advanced model T-400 toy painting machine, we can also configure automatic mask cleaning after each painting cycle. In this way, the mask will be always clean and no need extra equipment or tool to clean up! Very important feature for mass production condition.

This toy painting machine provides a inside water tank to filter extra paint during spraying, all waste paint particles are collected from underside case. After painting work done, just take out the case, no extra work to do to make it clean.
