Our multi function spray coating machine is fully compatible with different products painting requirements. Especially for plastic vacuum coating production, we don’t have to transfer product to another fixture but use the same jig to fix on coating machine for paint spraying. This multi function spray coating machine can be programmed to meet with various products painting with easy setup on touch screen.
How does coating machine work?
Instead of a flat support tray like traditional setup, our multi function spray coating machine provides a rotable holder which can be rotated for any angle under PLC programming. During spraying, holders will rotate to have pieces painted properly. Especially for those complex shaped products which is hard to reach by spray gun, this machine can handle it perfectly.
Furthermore, the rotable holder can be set for continuous rotating. Two spray guns do reciprocating spraying on each holder till it’s properly coated then move forward to next. Its extremely useful for quick and mass production requirements such as christmas ball, caps and small decoration parts etc..
Each motion on this multi function spray coating machine is servo control by PLC programming. Precision of each motion is guaranteed within 2mm fault tolerance. This is not only helpful for high quality spraying, it’s also nice for paint saving because less over spraying.
